Your data,
your control

Short version: Files you upload are processed immediately and deleted right after rendering. We do not store, read, or analyse your documents. Ever.

What we collect

If you create an account: your username, email address, and a hashed (never plain-text) password. That's it.

If you use Notify without an account: nothing is stored. Your file is processed in memory and deleted immediately.

Uploaded files

Files are uploaded to a temporary server directory, processed to extract text, rendered into a PDF, and then immediately deleted from disk. No copies are kept. No content is logged or analysed.

AI processing (Groq)

If you use the AI Study Tools feature, your text is sent to Groq's API for processing. This is governed by Groq's privacy policy. We do not store AI conversations on our end.

Cookies and tracking

We use localStorage in your browser to keep you signed in between sessions. No third-party tracking, no analytics cookies, no ads.

Deleting your data

Signed-in users can delete their account and all associated data from the Profile page at any time. Alternatively, email notify.helpteam@gmail.com and we will remove your data within 48 hours.
